    RETURN POLICY:  I try to represent items as accurately as possible but sometimes I do make mistakes.   I am more than willing to fix any problems immediately to keep buyers happy.  I only accept returns for gross misrepresentation, damage (other than shipping damage) and item not working properly or dead on arrival.  Generally, I do not accept returns for buyer remorse or item no loner wanted/needed, but I will make exceptions to this for special cases.  I refund by the same means as I was paid.   The buyer pays shipping for the return of the item.    The item must be fully insured and have signature confirmation (if needed according to ebay rules) when returned.  The item must be in original condition with all original packing and box.  I have a 14 day return policy on items.  The 14 days starts the day you receive the item.  Please notify me via email within 14 days of receipt if you intend to return the item. If any of these conditions are not met during the return, I reserve the right to refuse the return.  If the item is damaged during shipping, the buyer must file a damage claim with the shipping company, with my help.
