), we strive to make a beautifully finished product. Occasionally we have parts that don’t make the grade. These parts have superficial blemishes that don’t affect the functioning of the machine. These blemishes may be scratches in the paint of the powder coated parts or the chrome finish or these chrome parts were not polished sufficiently to deliver the chrome surface that we like.
The functional parts of the blemished machines (transmission, chains, sprockets etc) are identical to our standard machines and the units function identically to an unblemished unit.
The typical blemishes on these units:
Chroming surface blemishes on the flywheel
Chroming blemishes on face plates of drive bar
Chroming blemishes on seat shield
Blemishes/scratches on the powder coat painted surfaces.
We have made photos of typical blemishes. The photos you see are not necessarily of the exact unit you are bidding on.
Accessories:
The machine comes with: an instructional booklet and DVD, and a mat for under the machine. This mat prevents the machine from sliding on the floor surface, dampens noise from the machine, and protects the floor surface from wear and tear (especially under the rear pedals).

Warranty
: Purchase of this machine is contingent upon buyer signing our warranty that can be found here:

This machine comes with the ROM’s standard 5 year parts warranty plus an additional conditional 5 years. Payment:

Shipping:
Buyer must arrange and pay for shipping and delivery. We at Romfab can suggest a carrier that that the purchaser of the machine may designate as their chosen freight and delivery company. The machine will be picked up from ROMFab’s

factory. ROMFab may crate the machine in a used custom shipping crate if available at no charge. If no used crate is available Romfab will use a brand new shipping crate at a charge of 5.

Return of machine:
There is 45-day money-back guarantee: In the (rare) event that you would like to return the ROM, refund would be the total amount paid for the machine minus a 0 rental fee. Buyer pays cost of shipping both ways. Machine must be returned in crate, (if new crate is used, cost of crate will not be refunded).
You have 45 days from day of receipt of machine to return the machine to ROMFab.
