She sits up on her own.  “Everything is Coming Up Roses” is the first issue in the Cherished Teddies ® The Friendship Bouquet Collection. This porcelain doll collection is a collaboration of Porcelain doll artist, Phyllis Parkins, of Ashton-Drake Galleries, and Cherished Teddies creator, Priscilla Hillman. According to the COA, once this issue is closed, no more porcelain of “Everything is Coming Up Roses” will be cast again. The issue of this doll is 1999. Certificate of Authenticity number is 5003-A.
