    Not much to say about this - if you're checking it out, you probably already know what it is.
    48 inches long (the folks at the Post Office will love this), 1 3/4 inches across, with the laminated exercise chart. The chart ha some creasing but not drastic by any means. The edges are a bit rough, corners have small folds, there are a few small tears. The longest tear I spotted is 1/2 an inch, and they are concentrated on the left side for some reason.
