She is Brand New and has never been removed from the box. She still has her Limbs wrapped up and her hair net attached. She has all of her paperwork I only  opened the pouch to get pictures & placed them back into the pouch. The Certificate of Authenticity is printed in English on one side and German on the other side then there is care instructions on how to properly care for her. She is absolutely beautiful at 31 inches in height nearly 2 1/2 Feet tall! She is one of the most beautiful dolls I have had from  Ashton Drake. Her eyes are stunning and appear to be Glass or very high quality and her hair is extremly soft and from what I could feel it doesn't  feel like the type of hair that will tangle up. Everything seems to be very high quality but again this is just from what I can see/feel because she has never been removed but the hair net only covers part of her head so I did get to touch a small bit of her hair. She is definitely Life like with a smile sure to bring smiles around your house or anyone who sees her. She is posable in the knee area making her easier to pose for pictures and having fun doing prop type pictures or even role-playing. I wanted to mention this is a Smoke/pet free home. She has only been stored in my closet so there is no UV type wear or damage. She is 100% in fine Mint condition!! She will be Mailed by USPS Priority Mail I do include Insurance on all of my items and have NOT had a issue, But the mail is running a bit slower than usual.
