It's a CCM helmet that appears to be a size medium and has good overall use with a red-logoed CCM visor and a black sponge-like liner added to the front inside forehead padding to absorb sweat. It has
all
original numbers, team logos and "JN" decal to honor the team's former massage therapist who died in 2011. All NHL teams had to wear the league's 100th anniversary logo in the 2nd half of the 2016-17 season and 1st half of the 2017-18 season on the back right-hand side of game helmets before they switched back to the regular NHL shield logo to finish the 2017-18 season.
